funds, and owner-occupancy. Max purchase price is $700,000 (HOP80) or $850,000 (HOP120).
No monthly payments; repayment due only when triggered by resale, refinance, or move-out.

What it is: Up to $100,000 in down payment assistance.
Who can apply: Low-income (income not to exceed 80% of AMI) first-time
homebuyers looking to purchase in greater Los Angeles County.
Details: 0% interest loan, payable in 30 years, funded by CalHome. Minimum
650 credit score (with exceptions).
